Margaret has been my realtor for several years now.  She sold a town house in Georgetown, Ontario, a few years back and negotiated an excellent selling price for me.  Margaret made an offer to purchase on a condo at King and Yonge in 2005 one evening along with three other offers and sealed the deal for my purchase.  More recently, Margaret has negotiated a conditional deal on a property I have for sale well above asking price.
